1.0 Tabletop Cashback Program

Tabletop Cashback offers a service that allows members to earn cashback on purchases made at stores listed with cashback offerings on this website. Members can sign up for free at Tabletop Cashback with only a valid e-mail address and password. Tabletop Cashback does not sell or rent members’ personal information to third parties and does not “spam” its members. No software installation is required to use this service and Tabletop Cashback also does not install any software unknowingly to its members.

Tabletop Cashback receives commissions for referring members to listed stores and shares a part of that commission to pay members cashback on their purchases. If members do not agree to the terms below, members are not authorized to use the cashback service offered by this website.

Please read this complete Member Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") for full details on the Tabletop Cashback Program ("Program").

2.0 Member Eligibility

Membership of the Program is free of charge. By signing up as a member (“Member”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any additional Terms & Conditions listed on the affiliate store ("Affiliate Store") gateway pages in Tabletop Cashback. A valid e-mail address must be provided to join Tabletop Cashback so its admin can send e-mails relating to member account information. All information provided must be accurate when creating an account or registering for Tabletop Cashback Services. Members are solely responsible for their User ID and the activity that occurs while signed in to or while using Tabletop Cashback using their User ID.

Members must be at least sixteen (16) years old and agree not to use the Program for any illegal or fraudulent activities. Only one membership account is allowed per person. Participation in the Program and the opportunity to earn cashback are offered at the sole discretion of Tabletop Cashback. Tabletop Cashback has the right to change this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. Tabletop Cashback also reserves the right to refuse any membership application it deems unfit to partner with.

3.0 Cashback Rewards

3.1 Earning Cashback

Earning back a portion of purchases as cash back ("Cashback") is straightforward. For each transaction, choose a store, product, coupon or other offers displayed on Tabletop Cashback, click on the accompanying shopping link to be redirected to an affiliated store's website ("Affiliate Store"), and complete a purchase to earn Cashback on the net purchase amount. After one (1) to three (3) working days, the Cashback earned will be displayed on the Member’s Dashboard page on Tabletop Cashback, thus indicating the member have collected Cashback.

Tabletop Cashback successfully tracks transactions to affiliate stores through a unique tracking code that is referred to as an Exit Click ID. This Exit Click ID is proof to Tabletop Cashback that a member has securely clicked out of Tabletop Cashback to be redirected to an affiliate store.

3.2 Cashback Value

Cashback earned will be in the currency stated in the additional Terms & Conditions listed on the Affiliate Store’s gateway pages on Tabletop Cashback. Specific Cashback amounts vary by store and product category and are provided in detail at the Affiliate Store’s gateway page.

The net purchase amount excludes taxes, fees, gift-wrapping, discounts or credits, returns or cancellation, and extended warranties. Unless stated otherwise, clicking through to an affiliate store via a sponsored advert on the website will not be entitled for cashback.

3.3 Criteria to Earn Cashback

To earn Cashback, members must enable ‘cookies’ on their computer and complete their purchase during the same shopping session members start after clicking on the Tabletop Cashback link. If members visit other websites before completing their purchase or use coupons not provided by Tabletop Cashback, member’s purchase might be associated with a service other than Tabletop Cashback and the member will not earn cashback on their purchase.

If members wish to perform another purchase transaction, members must repeat the process of choosing a store, product, coupon or other offers displayed on Tabletop Cashback, click on the accompanying shopping link to be directed to an affiliated store's website, and complete a purchase to earn Cashback on the new net purchase amount. In other words, “one exit click ID per checkout”. If members disable 'cookies' on their computer, members will not be able to earn Cashback as cookies are used to authenticate the member and be certain Cashback is assigned to the member’s account.

3.4 Additional Notes

Certain Affiliate Stores exclude a limited number of products and purchases from the Program. Tabletop Cashback does its best to minimize and maintain an up-to-date list of exclusions on Tabletop Cashback but is in no way accountable for any information not up-to-date.

Where Tabletop Cashback promotes a cashback offer for a particular product, the promotion relates specifically to the cashback arrangement and should not be seen as an endorsement or recommendation of the brand/product/service being promoted.

4.0 Other Rewards

Tabletop Cashback occasionally offer additional monetary bonuses or other rewards for signing up into the program, for referring Tabletop Cashback to other new Members, or for other specific actions. If offered, the additional terms and conditions accompanying such offers will govern how they are earned and paid.

To qualify for a referral bonus, a Member must refer a new Member who establishes his or her own Active Account. An individual person is only eligible for one sign-up bonus and may earn only one referral bonus per individual person referred.

5.0 Receiving Payment

5.1 Maintaining Account

To receive payment of accrued Cashback and any other rewards, members must establish and maintain an active account with Tabletop Cashback ("Active Account") with the information necessary to process their payment and initiate a request to receive accrued Cashback (“Cash Out”).

To maintain a member’s Active Account, members must update their information if it changes and have shopped via Tabletop Cashback or have accrued Cashback at any time within the last nine (9) months.

5.2 Cash Out

Tabletop Cashback pays members in the currency of the accrued Cashback via PayPal. To receive this payment, members will need to have a valid and verified e-mail address to which members are able to receive e-mail, a valid PayPal account to receive payment, a first and last name, and a password to protect the account. Cash Out payments are subjected to PayPal transaction fees paid by the members themselves, if any.

Each payment represents Cashback accrued and other rewards earned based on the schedule below. The minimum payment amount (“Minimum Threshold”), depending on the cashback currency accrued, is:-

  • United States Dollar = USD$ 6.00
  • British Pound = GBP£ 5.00 or
  • Euro = EUR€ 5.00

Cashback with balances below the minimum threshold will not be able to cash out and Members will have to accrue Cashback until the minimum threshold is reached.

Commissions from Affiliate stores may be delayed due to delayed processing and reporting by the Affiliate Stores themselves. Tabletop Cashback will do its best to expedite payments to pay Cashback on its members’ purchase. Tabletop Cashback reserves the right to delay payment for any purchase based on changes to Affiliate Store policies and procedures at any time.

6.0 Product/Service Delivery

All products/services acquired from Affiliate Stores are bounded by terms of the Affiliate Store themselves. Tabletop Cashback does not hold any responsibility for an unsatisfactory product/service acquired. All complaints and feedback in regards to this issue must be dealt with the Affiliate Store directly.

7.0 Member Account Maintenance, Updates & Privacy

7.1 Account Responsibility

By using this site, members will be responsible for maintaining their account and password for restricting access to their computer. Members also agree to be responsible for any and all activities that occur under their password or their account. Tabletop Cashback will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from member’s failure to comply with their responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement. Tabletop Cashback is entitled to act on instructions received under a member’s password and is not responsible for any credits or debits made to a member’s account by someone else who uses the member’s password.

By entering any information on this website, members represent and warrant that: (i) the member is at least 16 years of age; (ii) the member is using his or her actual identity; (iii) the member have provided only true, accurate, current and complete information; and (iv) the member will maintain and promptly update the information that the member provides to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Members are responsible for keeping their password and other account information confidential.

7.2 Receiving Communications from Tabletop Cashback

By signing up for membership at Tabletop Cashback, the member agrees to receive communications that are account and membership related (e.g., Tabletop Cashback have added money to your account, Tabletop Cashback are mailing you a cheque on a certain date, etc.) as well as periodic shopping-related emails that highlight coupons & special deals that are available to Tabletop Cashback members.

Members cannot unsubscribe account information e-mails because Tabletop Cashback needs to communicate account information with its members in order to operate the cashback service. Members can opt-out of receiving emails that are not account related (e.g. marketing) by following the unsubscribe link on any of the e-mails sent.

7.3 Privacy Statement

Tabletop Cashback does not sell or rent member’s information to third parties as described in Tabletop Cashback’s Privacy Policy displayed on the website. Tabletop Cashback requires member details as described in the Privacy Policy and Section 5 - Receiving Payment in order to send payment of Cashback and other rewards earned through Tabletop Cashback. Any other information gathered by Tabletop Cashback will be used only to improve member experience. Such information might include member favourite stores, preferred types of deals or shopping categories.

Tabletop Cashback does not disclose member information to third parties except as necessary (i) for Tabletop Cashback’s agents and service providers to make Tabletop Cashback’s payments to its members; (ii) to comply with government agency or court orders or requests; (iii) in providing aggregated or non‐personalized marketing services for advertising or store partners; or (iv) for Tabletop Cashback’s agents and service providers to send Tabletop Cashback communications to its members.

As detailed in Tabletop Cashback Privacy Policy, by virtue of providing personal data to Tabletop Cashback, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy Notice.

7.4 Inactive Member Accounts

If a member account has no cashback activity (“Inactive) for more than nine (9) consecutive months, Tabletop Cashback reserves the right to debit the member’s Tabletop Cashback account balance of either up to USD$5.00, GBP£5.00 and/or EUR€5.00, depending on the cashback currency accrued, per month to recover the cost of account maintenance until (i) the member reactivates the account by starting a shopping session via Tabletop Cashback and completing a qualifying purchase, or (ii) member account balance is zero.

If the balance in the member’s inactive account is or becomes zero, Tabletop Cashback will close the account permanently and cease to maintain member’s account records and Program access. The inactive account maintenance charges will not cause member account balance to become negative and will not cause member to owe money to Tabletop Cashback.

7.5 Termination of Membership

In the event of fraudulent, abusive or other activity Tabletop Cashback determines to be unfair, Tabletop Cashback reserves the right to terminate the member’s account. If a member’s account is terminated for any reason, the member’s leftover cashback will be forfeited and any further transactions which might otherwise become credited to the member’s account will not be deemed to be applicable.

8.0 Intellectual Property

The Tabletop Cashback website and all its contents are copyrighted materials, protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. The compilation of content on Tabletop Cashback’s website is the exclusive property of Tabletop Cashback and may not be used for any other purpose other than as set forth on the site. The services and information provided herein are solely for its member’s own private use. Members are only permitted to use the Tabletop Cashback site as expressly authorised. Nothing contained herein transfers any express or implied right, title or interest in this web site to its members. As between members and Tabletop Cashback, members retain any intellectual property rights in any copyrighted materials and trademarks that are contained in Content that members post to the website. Members grant Tabletop Cashback an irrevocable, perpetual, non‐exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license, with rights to sublicense through multiple levels of sublicenses, to reproduce, make derivative works of, translate, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display in any form or medium, whether now known or later developed, make, use, sell, import, offer for sale, otherwise commercially exploit and exercise any and all such rights, under any and all of the member’s intellectual property rights related to the Content in any manner Tabletop Cashback choose. If members have any rights to the Content that cannot be licensed to Tabletop Cashback, members unconditionally and irrevocably waive the enforcement of such rights, and all claims and causes of action of any kind against Tabletop Cashback or related to Tabletop Cashback’s customers and partners anywhere in the world, with respect to such rights.

9.0 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The website is controlled by Tabletop Cashback from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This Agreement, the member’s use of the website, and all related matters are governed solely by Malaysian laws, excluding any rules of private international law or the conflict of laws that would lead to the application of any other laws. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (the “KLRCA”), in accordance with the procedures of the KLRCA Rules of Arbitration, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration will be before a single arbitrator. The place of arbitration will be Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Notwithstanding the foregoing, members or Tabletop Cashback may seek injunctive relief from an appropriate court located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia prior to or during the arbitration. Any claim or cause of action a member may have arising from, connected with, or relating to the member’s use of the website, this Agreement, or any related matters must be commenced within six (6) months after the claim or cause of action arises, after which time the claim or cause of action is forever barred, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.

10.0 Program Limitations, Qualifications & Disclaimers

Membership in the Program is subject to this Program Agreement. All Affiliate Store membership and/or operating agreements as they relate to their affiliate or partner programs with Tabletop Cashback and which reside on the Affiliate Store's respective Web sites are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Membership in the Program is limited to individuals who are 16 years of age or older. Members may not use scripts or disguised redirects to derive financial benefit from Tabletop Cashback. Members must have Internet access and maintain a valid email address to be eligible to receive the privileges and benefits of membership.

Any failure to comply with this Program Agreement, any fraud or abuse relating to the accrual or receipt of cashback rewards, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to Tabletop Cashback or its affiliates by you or anyone acting on your behalf may result in the termination of your membership in the Program and forfeiture of your accrued Cashback rewards.

The determination of whether or not a purchase made through a Tabletop Cashback Affiliate Store qualifies for Cashback is at the sole discretion of Tabletop Cashback. If an Affiliate Store fails to report a transaction to Tabletop Cashback or withholds payment to Tabletop Cashback for any reason, Tabletop Cashback reserves the right to cancel the Cashback associated with that transaction. If Tabletop Cashback has any reason to suspect fraudulent activity is associated with a member’s account, Tabletop Cashback reserves the right to delay or withhold payment of Cashback. Members give Tabletop Cashback permission to review their account with Affiliate Stores in cases where Tabletop Cashback suspects fraudulent activity. Tabletop Cashback is not responsible for lost or stolen payments, including gift cards. Tabletop Cashback is not responsible for payments delivered to the wrong PayPal accounts through no fault of Tabletop Cashback or for payment errors made by payment partners.

It is a member’s responsibility to check their account regularly to ensure that Cashback has been properly credited and paid and that the account balance is accurate. If the member does not believe that Cashback has been correctly credited into their account, the member must contact Tabletop Cashback Customer Service within 90 days of the transaction. Should the member disagree with any adjustments made to their account or payments made to them, their sole remedy is to withdraw from the Program.

Members may be taxed on their receipt of cash and other consideration (merchandise, travel, etc.) for member referrals, depending on the tax laws of federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Tabletop Cashback may choose to provide you with those notices to you on occasion. In all instances, members will be solely responsible for any and all tax liability arising out of the consideration received for member referrals.

Tabletop Cashback is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any Affiliate Store, or for any Affiliate Store withdrawal from the Program, or for any effect on accrual of Cashback caused by such changes, discontinuance, or withdrawal. Tabletop Cashback is not responsible for changes to, or discontinuance of, any special offer or coupon code at an Affiliate Store site.

The Tabletop Cashback Program are being provided to members "as is" with no warranty. Tabletop Cashback reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time with or without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabletop Cashback disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program.

Tabletop Cashback does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the quality or accuracy of advertisements for any products or services offered or provided by Affiliate Stores in conjunction with the Program.

In addition, Tabletop Cashback does not warrant that access to this site will be uninterrupted or error‐free and Tabletop Cashback assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by member’s access or inability to access Tabletop Cashback.

Whilst Tabletop Cashback will endeavour to recover non-payouts from the Affiliate Store, the decision of Tabletop Cashback, the Affiliate Store or the Affiliate Store’s tracking agent is final.

In the very unlikely event due to system failure, viruses, damages or downtime, Members might not be reimbursed with cashback gone missing. Nevertheless, Tabletop Cashback will in its fullest capability try to recover missing cashback. Whilst Tabletop Cashback will try to recover missing cashback, at any point Tabletop Cashback reserves the right not to chase missing cashback claims, particularly where no purchase has been made.

Member agrees to indemnify and hold Tabletop Cashback, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any party due to or arising out of Member's use of the Program.

Tabletop Cashback may modify this Agreement from time to time, with or without notice, and a member’s continued participation in the Program after such modification shall be deemed to be the member’s acceptance of any such modification. It is the member’s responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions page of the Tabletop Cashback Web site regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If a member does not agree to any modification of this Agreement, the member must immediately cease participation in the Program.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. Tabletop Cashback’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between a member and Tabletop Cashback with respect to the Program.
